Games will be played on the following dates:
The BCVL will be hosting 2 year end tournaments for Monday Nights (A/B), and Tuesday Night (C/D) on separate weekends.
Monday Nights (A/B) tournament will be played on April 4/5, 2025
Tuesday Nights (C/D) tournament will be played on March 28/29, 2025
Tournament schedule will come based on year end standings, and will be published following the final day of regular season play.
Reminder from the guidelines that failure to enter a team in the tournament may result in teams forfeiting their returning teams spot the following season.
Total cost per team will be $1750. We understand this fee is up from previous years, but due to the price increase of the facilities from the city of Brantford, plus the cost of referees, and repairs to equipment, we must bring this price in line with current costs.
Please note this year the $1750 includes a guaranteed 20 week season, plus year end tournament.
A $300 deposit from the captain of your team is required to register. The committee and league will deal directly with the captain of the team for all exchanges of monies and forms. Any questions about personal costs can be discussed with the captain of the team who registered on behalf of their team.

If a game is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to make up the game at a later date.
We have 2 scheduled "Snow Days" for A/B and C/D Divisions
A/B (Monday Nights) snow day is scheduled for March 17, 2025. There will be no games this night if a makeup is not required.
C/D (Tuesday Nights) snow day is scheduled for March 4, 2025. There will be no games this night if a makeup is not required.
BCVL is an all levels community volleyball league based out of Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
