Captains must review the guidelines/rule set and submit a signed copy of the rules by the captain.
This is acknowledging they have understood and will abide by the league rules in good faith.
Captains will be responsible for their players conduct and ensuring their understand and follow the rules.
ALL PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE WAIVER PRIOR TO FIRST GAME.
If a waiver is not received completely signed prior to the first game to the referees or a member of the committee,
the players who have not completed the waiver will not be eligible to play until completed.
If the team does not complete a waiver, the game will be a forfeit and all subsequent games will be forfeits until the waiver is signed.
This can be filled out by the captains in advance of your first game, requiring players to just sign on game night.
