BCVL 2025/2026 Rules Form

This is required to be submitted with your deposit.
Captains must review the guidelines/rule set and submit a signed copy of the rules by the captain.
This is acknowledging they have understood and will abide by the league rules in good faith.
Captains will be responsible for their players conduct and ensuring their understand and follow the rules.

New Team Registration Process
(Coming in September)

To register a new team for the BCVL 2025/2026 season, please follow the process below:

Contact BCVL to add your team to the contact list

The league will reach out by e-mail when your time for registration is set. Captains, please submit your contact information to volleyball@bcvl.org as soon as possible to provide your intent to register a team. If you do not do this, registration details will be posted publicly at the end of the registration process if there are remaining spots for the league. (Individuals for each team do not need to submit, please ensure your captain has submitted on your behalf).

Returning Teams

Returning teams will be provided with a pre-registration window to sign up their team from the previous year. This window will be open for approximately 1 week before new team registration

New Teams

New teams who have submitted their intent to register a team will be contacted by e-mail for a registration window before public posting of registration dates. If you have not submitted intent to register, check our Facebook group, and submit an e-mail to volleyball@bcvl.org.

General Registration    

After pre-registration , if there are any spots remaining for teams, general registration will be posted on Facebook with instructions. This year's available new team registration will be a lottery for each division.
We will post the available spots, and teams can register for one of the division spots, we will then conduct a lottery to offer the spots to new teams.

Once Registered...

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive confirmation of your registration being completed and the division you were placed into. 
A captains meeting (or possibly e-mail summary) will be sent out prior to the first week of play.

During the Season...

The schedule and results will be updated on this website (www.bcvl.org) and in the event of cancellations will be posted as a banner on the home page of this site, along with on our Facebook page.

Deposit Required!


To register a team, reply to the welcome e-mail with the required information as follows:

- Registration form for your team (attached to this e-mail)
- Signed copy of the rules by the captain
- e-Transfer of $300 to registration@bcvl.org
    (This will only be accepted once we have confirmed your spot in the league)
- Name of eTransfer sender & password for e-Transfer
