Player Digital Waiver

The BCVL utilizes a digital waiver system. All data is stored in a secure online repository meeting PII, SOC2, and PCI certification compliancy requirements, encrypted behind a single login requiring multi-factor authentication to access. This data is not shared externally to any individuals or accessible by any other individuals or organizations outside of the BCVL committee. The digital waiver system will be in use again for the 2025/2026 season.

Data will not be used for any purposes except internal league usage, and as needed for insurance claims, disputes, legal issues. No marketing or e-mails will be sent outside of the confirmation e-mail.

Data stored in this service will be securely deleted at the completion of the BCVL season.

All participating individuals must sign the digital waiver prior to the start of their first game of the season. Waiver entries are timestamped and will be validated against game sheets.

Failure to complete the form before your game will result in a forfeit if you participate.
